In an exclusive collaboration between Hapag-Lloyd Cruises and the long-established Montblanc brand, extraordinary travel experiences on board the EUROPA 2 have been immortalised by the creation of a very special pen. The cap of this classic Montblanc Meisterstück fountain pen, designed specially for the luxury ship, bears the signet (seal) and silhouette of the EUROPA 2. As a memento of a wonderful cruise, the pen is now available for purchase only on board the five-stars-plus rated* ship.
The EUROPA 2 Montblanc Meisterstück is made from precious black resin and features a hand-crafted, ruthenium-coated 585 silver / 14 K gold nib (width M). The EUROPA 2 silhouette is engraved on the cap in a platinum colour, complementing the pen’s platinum-coated elements.
In addition to the classic piston fountain pen, a Meisterstück rollerball pen is also available featuring the EUROPA 2 design. They can both be purchased on board the luxury ship from 6 November 2017 (fountain pen € 540, rollerball € 430).
